RESPONSE TO THE OWNER REVIEW:I HAVE ALL THE RECORDING EVIDENCES!I HAVE NOT EVEN STARTED THE PROCESS OF APPLYING MY FINANCIAL LOAN.I HAVE NOT EVEN SUBMIT MY ASSIGNMENT APPLICATION.I am interested in buying a Cafe in Como. However, I've withdrawn due to the agency boss (Jonathon Parker) from Platinum Business Sales. Very bad attitude and service received.In March 2021, I went to his office to make an offer. He commented racism remarks such as “You have no money...focus on your current business before having the second one... and immediately he rejected my offer and said that my financial loan will not be approved”. Who is he to judge and/or make such remarks when he do not know about my financial background.I've discussed with my finance broker and everything is in order before I have decided to made an offer. He forced me to make an offer in cash with a lower price. It did not went through, as the seller did not accept the price. The seller wanted a higher price and they are ok with the finance loan process. I requested for the leasing agreement in order to proceed with the finance loan, I kept calling Tracey (agent that was in-charged of selling this cafe). She kept telling me that her boss (Jonathan) was busy.The sale of the café was drag for months from March till June 2021. Later in June, I received an email from the cafe’s property management asking me to complete a form. I emailed the form to Jonathan and Tracey for advice, Jonathan Parker reply: “asking me to complete the property management form myself”. I completed the form on my portion and left the agent details portion to them. Jonathan said he will have to meet me to complete the form, but he did not get back to me on the appointment time. I kept calling Tracey to ask for the appointment time; as usual, she told me that her boss was busy. The whole form process drag for another 3 weeks.Finally, we had an appointment on 18 June. During the process of completing the form, Jonathan gesture was very annoying. He make a lot of sound, unpleasant sighing and comments...Before I left his office, he said: I will be shocked if your finance is approved ".Sharon: "Don't underestimate me".Jonathan: "I'm not underestimating you
